Bodie Plecas was born in the mighty city of shoulders, Chicago. He has worked jobs ranging from actor to bartender, house painter to musician, trash remover to DJ. He has attended over 1,000 concerts, owned over 10,000 records, and traveled to over 50 countries. But who’s counting?
Bodie’s first book, Keith Lives!, is a Hollywood rock and roll fable full of humor and satirical commentary on fame, contemporary culture, and human nature told through an It’s a Wonderful Life lens.
His latest book, The Adventures of Black Santa, is a hilarious and heartwarming Christmas tale of family, second chances, and the true spirit of Christmas.
When not writing and recording music with his band, Picnic Tool, Bodie can be found in his Southern California home with his wife, daughter, and a whole lotta guitars.
